God gave us a helping hand,
When down to lift us up,
To bring to us the bread of life,
And happiness by the cup.
No need a contract there to sign,
No matter what the deal,
You will find it all secure and safe,
By the use of God’s great seal.
The hand my friend is a Godly sign,
A sign of friendship just!
But best of all it shows God’s love,
In whom we love and trust.
And when one’s mind is all stressed out,
And life is one demand,
We find again it’s all worthwhile,
With the shake of a friendly hand.
